1237–1257 East Broadway

A proposed 20-storey mixed-use development along Vancouver’s Broadway Corridor, introducing 116 residential homes above approximately 4,900 sf of ground-floor commercial space. Located within walking distance of two rapid-transit stations, the project explores a compact, transit-oriented form of development in one of Vancouver’s rapidly evolving urban neighbourhoods.
